Tenants with disabilities
Can renovations be made to a rented property?
The tenant is allowed to make modifications inside the dwelling to adapt it to their disability or advanced age, or that of the people they live with, with prior notification to the landlord. At the end of the contract, the tenant must restore the dwelling to its original state if requested by the landlord.
